For the purpose of faster and more comfortable administration, we are at the disposition of our customers in an extended and renewed customer service office since autumn 2007.

The faster and more efficient administration is supported by our telephone customer service called call centre, which can be called 24 hours a day for general information. By choosing the appropriate menu item, our customers can receive information directly by topics.

Our colleagues expect calls on weekdays, on Monday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., from Tuesday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on Friday between 8 a.m. and 13.00.
For safe and unhindered wastewater collection, we are grateful for the declaration of failures, obstructions, etc on public sewers under menu item 3 or directly through the toll free number 80/455-000 that can be called day and night.
